The Atlas Clusters Automation team focuses on building software that manages MongoDB clusters, ensuring they are secure, available, durable, and performant while running critical workloads. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features, collaborating with other engineers to solve complex technical problems, and working closely with customers to fix issues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of professional experience in software development, a strong understanding of compiled languages (such as Go, Java, or C#), and expertise in cloud provider technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of leading the launch of new features and maintaining them in production. We're looking for someone who is eager to tackle tough challenges, curious, collaborative, and motivated.
