Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our cloud-native database offerings. As a key member of our team, you will define strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our digital products, meeting the evolving needs of customers in a hybrid cloud world.

  • You will optimize user acquisition funnels by collaborating with marketing and sales to enhance the digital journey from awareness to conversion.
  • You will enhance product usability and experience by championing user-centered design principles.
  • You will drive feature adoption through strategies that encourage users to discover and utilize new and existing features.
  • You will personalize digital experiences to cater to different user segments and their specific needs.
  • You will define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital product initiatives related to growth.
  • You will utilize analytics tools to monitor product usage, user behavior, and the effectiveness of digital growth strategies.
  • You will implement A/B tests to optimize digital experiences and validate hypotheses related to growth.
  • You will report on progress and communicate product performance, insights, and the impact of digital initiatives to stakeholders.
  • You will foster a culture of experimentation to accelerate learning and identify effective growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 3-7+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital products, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated experience with growth hacking methodologies and A/B testing to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Experience with database technologies or data platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth, user acquisition, and retention through digital strategies.
  • Agile development methodologies.
