Job Title: Technology Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge solutions in cloud-native microservices architecture applications.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Application Impact Analyses (AIAs) and Technology Recovery Application Planning for all key Applications.
  • Implementing effective Application components for all impacted Applications and establishing applicable Application Testing (Sustainability/Disaster Recovery/External Testing).
  • Developing Annual Testing Plans for both Application and Business Resiliency Testing Requirements.
  • Reviewing, maintaining, updating, and testing/exercising all Technology continuity documentation regularly in accordance with Firmwide Standards and Policy.
  • Representing technology at control domain committees.
  • Serving as the focal point for technology audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing technology controls risk and control framework.

  • Proven ability to lead with influence, work methodically and calmly under pressure, facilitating and collaborating with colleagues to deliver the right outcomes for our business and customers.
  • Possess excellent proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Technology Resiliency is essential.
  • Handle conflict situations and ability to make decisions.
  • Business analytical skills around reporting & governance.
  • Root cause analysis skillset on the data.
  • External market knowledge and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Experience in cloud-based environments.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders both within our internal organization and with external suppliers and vendors.
