We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager.

This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role supporting customers through the successful onboarding, deployment, and performance of our robotic systems. You will be the face of our company to European partners, helping ensure they get the most out of their investment, and that we are always learning from their experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer relationship post-sale, from deployment and training to ongoing performance support.
  • Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and successful using our robots in their day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and implementation plans tailored to each customer's unique setup.
  • Monitor system performance and customer feedback to identify issues early and drive resolution.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Service) to share feedback and advocate for customer needs.
  • Help develop scalable processes for European customer support, including documentation and training materials.
  • Travel to customer sites across Ireland (and potentially other EU locations) as needed to support deployments or escalations.
