Job Summary:

This is a leadership position in our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) division, where you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation process for complex tenders. You will work closely with the commercial strategy lead to develop and implement growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the estimation process, including managing commercial settlements, tender adjudications, bid reviews, and handovers.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve estimation accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in pricing complex power or utilities work, preferably in a T&D or similar technical field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, including negotiation, contract management, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
