About the Position

We are seeking an expert Front End Developer to spearhead the creation of a user-friendly Enterprise dashboard for the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and implementing the frontend development of a cutting-edge data dashboard application using React.
  • Designing, building, and iterating on interactive UI components for navigating large datasets.
  • Establishing the UI structure and styling – as there is no dedicated UX designer, you will shape the user experience yourself.
  • Collaborating closely with backend engineers and architects to integrate with data APIs and services.
  • Maintaining high-quality frontend code through thorough testing and code reviews.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, retrospectives) as a full member of the scrum team.
  • Contributing to defining frontend best practices and frameworks as the project evolves.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.
  • Demonstrated ability to design UI/UX patterns and workflows without dedicated UX support.
  • Comfortable working with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., charts, tables, filters).
  • A good understanding of frontend architecture, component lifecycles, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  • Proficient in Git, agile development workflows, and collaborative tools like Jira or Confluence.
