Public Area Cleaner Job Description">

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Public Area Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, guest fitness centres, and laundry facilities.
  • Ensure that all areas are free from dirt, dust, and debris, and are well-presented at all times.
  • Restock towels, amenities, and other essential items as required.
  • Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks to maintain high standards.
  • Report any missing or damaged items and take steps to replace or repair them promptly.
  • Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
