Care Environment Leader

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and manage our nursing team in a dynamic and forward-thinking care environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in healthcare clinical management. They will be responsible for conducting internal audits, following up on results, initial induction of staff and ongoing training and development, encouraging innovative practice, ensuring implementation and adherence to standards, conducting regular communication meetings with all clinical staff, establishing good rapport with external community agencies, liaising with relevant parties to maximise opportunities, implementing health and safety policies, and ensuring the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on results
- Initial induction of staff and ongoing training and development
- Encourage innovation in practice
- Ensure implementation and adherence to Company and HIQA standards
- Conduct regular communication meetings with all clinical staff
- Establish good rapport with external community agencies
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to maximise opportunities
- Implement Company Health and Safety Policy
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the facility
- Participate in selection and interviewing of staff
- Qualified Nurse with at least 3 years Management experience in care of the older person
- Post registration management qualification in health or a related field
- Proven track record in healthcare clinical management
