As a Supervisor, you will be instrumental in bringing this vision to our customers on counter. Your passion for artistry, service and leading people is key. As part of our counter management team, you will help drive business success through motivating and engaging your team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will lead by example, delivering our customer engagement approach and create strong connections with customers through our brand history and high-performance formulas, securing loyalty and driving sales.
  • Your coaching skills will support management in developing the team, while your drive will ensure the team delivers on sales targets.
  • We will equip you with the tools and training needed to deliver and inspire in coaching, artistry and customer service, taking accountability when needed.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of leadership experience in retail
  • Experience in coaching and developing teams
  • Strong background in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to drive KPIs and sales targets
