Job Title: Motor Team Support Broker Advisor

Description:

We are seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our Motor Team as a Support Broker Advisor. Based in Cavan with a hybrid working structure, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative and experienced team that supports the day-to-day engagement between underwriting, claims, accounts, and broker partners.

The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance administration, underwriting support, or broker-facing customer service, looking for a long-term opportunity with strong development potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review broker referrals to determine if risks are acceptable within authority limits
  • Respond to queries from broker panel efficiently and professionally
  • Liaise with internal departments including underwriting, accounts, audit, and claims
  • Support account reconciliation and ensure broker accounts are up to date
  • Assist the Audit Team with the review of broker-placed risks
  • Ensure compliance with trading and regulatory standards, including CPD
  • Support complaint handling in line with internal procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all broker interactions

Requirements:

  • Experience in an insurance, underwriting, or broker support role desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and professional approach
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently
  • Keen to develop knowledge and meet CPD requirements
  • Adaptable team player with a positive attitude
