Project Manager

Our company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development of each project, ensuring time and budgets are taken into account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report into Senior Management and Directors
  • Be familiar with each project plan and lead its development
  • Coordinate Subcontractors
  • Select and Maintain Plant, Machinery and Equipment
  • Manage all site teams and communicate effectively with staff to complete work to the highest standard
  • Liaise with the Health & Safety Team to ensure requirements are met
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and processed for reporting and actioning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Client and attend meetings regularly
  • Monitor quality standards on site continuously
  • Optimize cost effectiveness
  • Coordinate and manage daily site meetings
  • Attend Strategic Meetings
  • Resolve any unexpected issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Experience in managing multiple civil teams and projects
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of current health and safety legislation
  • Full Driving License
