Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Cork. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support to service users, residents, and their families. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to ensure that our service users receive the care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Your ability to remain calm and composed under pressure will also be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Health Care or related field
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
