Support and Care Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our residential care team based in Co. Wicklow.
In this role, you will work as a support and care worker to young people in the house, striving to achieve better outcomes for them every day.
You will act as the support and care worker to young people referred to the house, contributing to assessments of needs and implementing Placement, Behaviour Support (BSP), and Individual Crisis Management (ICM) Plans to meet assessed needs.
You will use our Model of Care to teach new skills to young people and manage challenging behaviour.
You will undertake actions to connect the young person with local resources, network with local providers, and liaise closely with parents/carer's, and referral agencies.
