Job Overview

A highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to drive business growth in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting senior quantity surveyors, attending meetings with subcontractors and clients, and ensuring seamless cashflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with senior quantity surveyors and provide support in various tasks
  • Attend meetings with subcontractors, clients, and design team members to foster collaboration and ensure project success
  • Prepare and monitor cashflow, assist in final account preparation, and ensure accurate cost monitoring and reporting using industry-leading software
  • Assess tender enquiries and review tender project analysis to inform strategic business decisions
  • Manage purchasing and monitoring of subcontractor and supplier packages to optimize efficiency and minimize risk
  • Process monthly/fortnightly payment certificates, compile variations, and maintain a variation log to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Perform pre-contract cost control and document preparation to ensure project feasibility and profitability
Required Skills:

Quantity surveying, cost management, estimating, and tender data centre skills are essential for this role.
