Enterprise Project Lead

This role requires a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead our Transportation team in Cork.
- Contract management, commercial management, design coordination, line management, win work activities including bid preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline and at least 10 years' experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams delivering roads and transportation projects in Ireland and/or the UK. They must also be familiar with design standards and specifications, as well as possess strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments when necessary.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices.
- Participate in bid preparation and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in managing complex transportation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within budget and timeframe.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong understanding of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
