Job Description:- Lead the regional customer success strategy to deliver exceptional value and drive long-term partnerships across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Partner with sales, product, support and marketing teams to improve adoption, retention and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the North America Director of Customer Success to ensure consistent strategies, processes and success plans are implemented across regions.
- 10+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience in enterprise software.
- Prior experience managing teams across EMEA and supporting diverse international customers.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting upsell, cross-sell and renewal motions.
