Personal Lines Support Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and communicative administrator to provide general support to our Personal Lines team in Wexford, Ireland.
Job Description- Maintain and update client records in the company's database with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding policy details, claims and billing.
- Coordinate with providers to obtain quotes, process endorsements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proven track record in a busy office administration role.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Experience using Applied would be an advantage.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database.
- Provide assistance to clients regarding policy details, claims and billing.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure efficient processing of policies and endorsements.
- Support the Personal Lines team in preparing reports and documentation for client meetings.
- Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on client requirements.
