We are currently seeking a highly organized and communicative administrator to provide general support to our Personal Lines team in Wexford, Ireland.

Job Description
  • Maintain and update client records in the company's database with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or in-person regarding policy details, claims and billing.
  • Coordinate with providers to obtain quotes, process endorsements and resolve any discrepancies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proven track record in a busy office administration role.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Experience using Applied would be an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database.
  2. Provide assistance to clients regarding policy details, claims and billing.
  3. Coordinate with providers to ensure efficient processing of policies and endorsements.
  4. Support the Personal Lines team in preparing reports and documentation for client meetings.
  5. Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up on client requirements.
