Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues from clients using IPv4 networking and Linux-based systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in technical meetings to drive business growth.
  • Configure and assemble client hardware orders efficiently.
  • Test partner products to understand customer environments and provide better support services.

Requirements:

You must have a strong foundation in IPv4 networking and experience using Linux-based systems. A minimum of two years' experience in an IT helpdesk role is ideal.

Professional Qualifications & Experience:

Networking: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.

Linux: LPI Level 1, Red Hat Certified System Administrator, or equivalent.

Mandatory Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills and experience supporting customers via phone, email, or ticketing systems.

EU National with full permission to work in Ireland.

Willingness to undergo a criminal record check and not be barred from entry to the UK.

Bonus Skills (a plus but not required):

Experience with Python or Bash scripting.

Understanding of internet connectivity technologies (DSL, VDSL, 4G, WiFi, wireless).

Experience with pfSense, Ubiquiti, OpenVPN, or SIP-based VoIP systems.

Familiarity with Ubuntu, Raspbian, and FreeBSD at the CLI level.

Networking experience for CCTV systems.
