Account Growth Liaison

Cpl Healthcare is looking for an Account Growth Liaison to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive account growth and expansion.
As a key member of our sales and retention department, you will work closely with the department head to identify opportunities for growth and development within existing customer relationships.
Using your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will develop and execute plans to address any issues that may arise, ensuring seamless delivery of our products or services to customers.
With a strong background in sales, account management, or customer success, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers quickly.
You will also be responsible for monitoring post-sales success, proactively interacting with customers to mitigate issues and always being on the lookout for growth opportunities.
