Account Growth Specialist

At ATC Computer Transport & Logistics, we are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management, client services, or a related field, with a focus on strategic planning and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand and align with customer business objectives. They will also have a proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Create and implement long-term account plans that align with customer goals and drive business growth
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at the client organisation, serving as their trusted advisor
- Lead Negotiations and RFQ Renewals: Manage contract negotiations and RFQ renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor Account Health: Proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure the overall health of the account
- Manage Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Align Services with Customer Needs: Understand the customer's business objectives and challenges and align our services to meet those needs
- Track and Report KPIs: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing and Operations) to ensure customer success
