Account Growth Specialist

At Salesforce, we are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our customer base in Czechia and Slovakia.
As a key player in driving business growth, you will sell Tableau solutions into a portfolio of Accounts within the region, identifying new sales and account expansion opportunities, and mapping each account to identify your target prospects and stakeholders.
You will partner with internal teams to build a roadmap and strategic plan for each account, bringing them into the sales process whenever possible. Additionally, you will work closely with our local partners to generate new business and expand existing footprints.
Key responsibilities include prospecting for new opportunities, growing our existing footprint to drive enterprise license agreements, and handling several sales opportunities of varying deal values.
Outstanding relationship-building skills are essential, as you will need to develop meaningful business relationships with key partners and influencers, driving value-led conversations to articulate Tableau's impact on these organizations.
You will also work in tandem with your Salesforce counterparts across other lines of business, collaborating on joint opportunities to improve Enterprise-wide business.
