About the Role

In this exciting position as an Account Growth Specialist - Ireland, you will play a critical role in driving business growth for our UKI Grocery Team.

You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with a small number of our top grocery partners in Ireland, managing marketing and promotions planning for our grocery partners as they scale on the platform.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will also be involved in scoping the strategic direction of grocery in Ireland and looking to expand through signing some of the largest Irish grocers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and growing relationships with a small number of our top Grocery partners in Ireland.
  • Reaching out to new prospect partners, pitching and negotiating commercial deals.
  • Onboarding new partners and sharing best practices.
  • Driving partner performance by owning your portfolio's business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years' experience in an account management or commercial role.
  • Experience in, or working with, online or offline grocery retail is preferable.
  • Partner obsessed, with effective relationship building, organisation and communication skills.
  • Confident working with and analysing data.
  • Able to create ideas and strategies to drive growth of our joint business with our partners.
