Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the organisation's reach and impact through strategic partnerships with NGOs at a national level.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NGO partners to foster collaboration and shared objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align partnerships with the organisation's mission, goals, and national strategy.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance service delivery, develop joint initiatives, and maximise the reach and effectiveness of programs.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar partnership or project management role.
- Previous experience working in the NGO or charity sector desirable.
- Proven ability to identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships, preferably within the NGO or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated experience in cultivating and maintaining long-term collaborations with external stakeholders.
