Job Description

  • Advise on a wide range of employment-related matters, including contentious and non-contentious issues.
  • Work closely with clients from various sectors, including corporate, financial, and government entities.
  • Conduct investigations into protected disclosures and provide expert advice on labour-related matters in corporate transactions.
  • Handle employment-related litigation before various commissions and courts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on areas of employment law.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years PQE gained in either Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong experience in all aspects of contentious, advisory, and transactional employment law.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making.
  • Capability to multi-task and manage client needs consistently.
