The Operations and Service Engineer role requires a strong technical leader to oversee hardware manufacturing and servicing activities. This involves coordination with contract manufacturing suppliers, distribution centers, and field operations to ensure successful product delivery and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical leadership in manufacturing transfer and ramp-up of new and existing products
  • Developing and implementing field service capabilities, including installation, servicing, and repair of medical devices onsite at clinical sites and third-party repair centers
  • Managing quality processes, including non-conformance reports, corrective actions, supplier monitoring, audits, risk management, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and other relevant regulations

This position requires a degree in engineering or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a technical leadership role within the medical device industry. Experience working within regulated quality systems, with understanding of risk management methodologies is also essential.
