Field Service Engineer

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for engineering and fieldwork, with a strong background in technical service roles.

This hands-on position involves supporting clients throughout Ireland, requiring the successful applicant to be located within a 1-hour drive of Kilkenny.

Responsibilities include installing and commissioning technical equipment, providing scheduled and emergency maintenance support, as well as delivering technical support and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and commission technical equipment
  • Support commissioning & validation activities
  • Provide scheduled and emergency maintenance support
  • Set up and run customer trials
  • Deliver technical support and troubleshooting both on-site and remotely
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Field Service Engineer (or similar technical service role)
  • Third-level qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related discipline
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Full clean Irish driving licence (company vehicle provided)
  • Valid employment permit to work in Ireland (if applicable)
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across Ireland
