Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Field Hardware Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DeltaV and site experience within the life sciences industries.

  • Troubleshoot field issues with hardware and communications sets, including CHARMS, cabling, I/O configuration, Ethernet Addressing.
  • Support CM SATs throughout project commissioning and qualification phase.
  • Complete system updates to correct issues identified under site change process.
  • Provide Knowledge Transfer to site teams on hardware setup and configuration.
  • Liaise with site electrical contractors during investigations to identify root cause of issues and solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting field issues, providing knowledge transfer to site teams, and liaising with site electrical contractors.
