**Job Description**: We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our Billing and Collections team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing cycle, credit control, and resolving billing issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and experience in analyzing financial data. They will also possess leadership and management skills to effectively manage and guide a team of billing coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing cycles, credit control, and resolving billing issues.

  • Lead and motivate a team of billing coordinators to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the local billing process.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in billing or finance roles, preferably in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local VAT standards and guidelines.
  • Experience in handling financial systems and software used for billing and invoicing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
