Théâtre Production Coordinator

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of rehearsals and performances. You will work closely with performers, directors, designers, and production staff to facilitate the realisation of large-scale theatrical productions.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the prompt book, including taking detailed notes on blocking and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with the Company Stage Manager to ensure they are aware of goings-on in the rehearsal room.
- Assist with scheduling and tackling requests put on rehearsals.
- Deputise for the CSM as required.
- Prompt actors during rehearsals and provide line notes through rehearsals and during a run.
- Mark up and maintain the rehearsal space with other members of the Stage Management team.
Requirements:
- At least three years' experience in a show calling Stage Management role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Stage Management process.
- Proactive and energetic approach to problem solving.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and organised approach to work.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Clear communication skills.
- IT Skills, including Microsoft Office applications, Teams, and Zoom.
- Ability and willingness to work unsocial hours, including evenings and weekends.
