Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Global Category Manager to lead our global sourcing strategy for IT and Communications categories.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing global sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings and process efficiencies across the IT and Communications spend portfolio.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for IT and Communications categories.
  • Manage supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and performance across the IT and Communications spend portfolio.
  • Lead negotiation and development of supplier contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with senior leaders in IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Units to ensure procurement strategies support enterprise objectives.
  • Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of category professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Identify and deliver cost savings, process efficiencies, and added value across the IT and Communications spend portfolio.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement governance, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
