Drive Growth Across Channels

This strategic leadership role spearheads the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap aimed at driving significant category growth across various channels and customers.


Requirements:
  • An innovative leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing category growth strategies within the FMCG industry.

  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging insights and data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

  • Ability to foster innovation, ensuring product pipelines are insightful and market-aligned.
  • Experience managing customer relationships across channels, influencing and driving category priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop a differentiated 3+ year category growth strategy tailored by customer and channel.
  • Performance Management: Oversee in-year category performance, identifying course corrections to meet targets.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Guide teams during customer range reviews, collaborating with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to optimize assortment.
  • Innovation Partnership: Drive growth initiatives with the innovation team, aligning pipelines with insights and market realities.
  • Insight & Data Utilization: Develop reporting tools to inform category plans across channels.
  • External Insight Leadership: Lead external insights initiatives using an 'Outside In' approach.
  • Integrate global FMCG industry insights to maintain leadership in category development practices.
  • Manage diverse collaborators across channels and customer landscapes.
