We have an opportunity for an effective and dynamic
Category Executive
to join our category team.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the supplier price file and ensuring that any price queries that do arise are dealt with.
Listing new product lines, processing purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries for promotional and seasonal lines.
Ensuring that all Repak packaging and space planning information is updated onto the system.
Updating the promotional folder with all the relevant information that our Marketing colleagues require.
Requesting promotional offers and discounts from suppliers.
Ensuring that all trading agreements are up to date and on file.
Dealing with Far East suppliers regarding purchase orders, packaging style, shipping marks and setting up Letters of Credit
Tracking containers and chasing suppliers to ensure that our stock is shipped when we want it to be.
Checking container arrivals and ensuring that the correct duty rates have been paid.
Booking on containers and allocating stock as required.
Dealing with Accounts and Store colleagues regarding issues that may arise on a day to day basis.
