Job Title: Taxation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a substantial client portfolio and managing a team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse range of clients across various industries, ensuring timely delivery of services and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve collective targets and personal goals.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to student trainees, promoting their growth and development.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AITI qualified and/or a qualified accountant with 3-5 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience working with Irish and International clients, providing innovative tax solutions.
  • Strong technical background, with excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Fluent English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
