Job Summary:

Project Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Team Lead to manage and complete jobs according to processes per work order. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer satisfaction and representing the company's brand
  • Performing all aspects of production processes efficiently
  • Developing and maintaining production skills and expertise
  • Managing financial assets and equipment effectively
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly appearance on job sites
  • Cooling and training production staff technicians
  • Ensuring preventative maintenance on vehicles, equipment, and facility maintenance
  • Communicating effectively with office staff, supervisors, and fellow technicians
