Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of a portfolio of payroll clients, encompassing preparation and review of monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements.
  • Assistance with payroll-related queries from clients, providing timely and informed responses.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Delivering outstanding client service, with a focus on serving internationally active clients.
  • Execution of client engagements and technical queries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Collaboration with other firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
  • Contribution to the operational management of the financial reporting team, including various business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing, accompanied by a payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software.
