Job Title: Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for a large organization with employees across multiple entities in Ireland, the UK, and Germany.

  • Process and pay payroll for more than 600 employees on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, pension, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional payroll services. This role requires the ability to work accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Process payroll for a large employee base, including payments and statutory deductions.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax, pension, and other payroll-related legislation.
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including payroll summaries and reconciliation statements.
  4. Provide timely and accurate reporting to internal and external auditors.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Experience working with complex payroll systems and software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex payroll regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
