Design Technician Job Summary

Are you a skilled technical professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with building information modeling (BIM) and design coordination?

We are seeking an experienced Design Technician to join our team of experts in modular construction.

  • As a Design Technician, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings and BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other software tools.
  • You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, efficiency, and buildability.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining drawing registers and document control.
Requirements
  • A degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Revit is required, with familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other software tools desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines are also required.
