Job Title: IT Support Specialist.

Are you a technical expert looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment? We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, as well as working with our Account Managers to identify improvement projects and ensure the delivery of an exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated IT support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues across a range of hardware and systems, escalating to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.
• Work closely with our Account Managers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our services.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, preferably in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft-related technologies, including Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, switches, access points, and VLANs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with Azure is highly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
