Job Description:

The role of Field Service Engineer involves providing technical support and advice to users across multiple sites, platforms and technologies. This includes completing maintenance days, managing days and implementing IT projects for clients.

The postholder reports to the Head of Technical Solutions on a day-to-day basis. They will respond to escalations requiring on-site support to resolve issues on customer sites.

This position is ideal for someone who has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance.

  • Working across teams and closely with our customers, promote and deliver high-quality technical support.
  • Responding to and resolving technical issues for our customers both remotely and onsite as required.
  • Completing remote and onsite recurring maintenance checks.
  • Working on customer sites for managed days.

This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
