IT Support Role Overview

This IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers and end-users. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong understanding of ICT systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware, software and peripherals;
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address technical issues;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and system updates;
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an IT Support environment;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and report writing;
  • Degree qualification or equivalent in a related field.
