Healthcare Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team. As a healthcare solicitor, you will play a critical role in defending claims brought against healthcare professionals and working on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent hospitals in the defence of medical malpractice actions
  • Advising hospitals and clinicians on medico-legal issues including patient capacity and consent and adverse incident reviews
  • Acting on behalf of hospitals and clinicians in connection with inquests

Requirements:

  • Proven recent experience defending claims brought against healthcare professionals
  • Minimum 12 Months PQE or equivalent experience
  • Excellent client relationship skills
