If so, we want to hear from you We are currently seeking a Leader, Client Operations Management to join our team at MUFG Investor Services.

About the Role

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience working at a similar level in Financial Services or Fund Administration, with a solid technical understanding of alternative investment types and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Accounting qualification or equivalent financial designation.
  • At least 10 years' experience working at a similar level in Financial Services or Fund Administration, a proportion of which should be directly in the Private Assets space.
  • Solid technical understanding of alternative investment types, structures, regulatory environment, and market participants across the core domiciles used in this space.
  • Familiar with accounting platforms such as Investran and Yardi.
  • Exceptional communicator, both verbally and written.
  • Strong business acumen with history of sound business decision making.
  • History of being solution-oriented when it comes to problem solving.
