Job Description:

Cross-Functional Training Lead

The Production Training department is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for our production teams. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners to design and implement training initiatives that drive business results and support our company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute training plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
- Identify and mitigate training gaps through data-driven analysis and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain training records and metrics to inform future training initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Operations Management, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in training management with a focus on adult learning theory and instructional design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform training decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as Education or Organizational Development.
- Experience with training evaluation methodologies and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with industry-leading training platforms and tools.
