We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team in EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a new challenge and develop your skills in training development and delivery.
About the RoleThe Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering training programs and materials to educate business customers and partners on the functionalities, features, and best practices related to our services. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure customers are proficient in using our products
- Create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customisation, and optimisation
- Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve training programs and materials
- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery
- Bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
