Job Description

Druids Glen Resort is currently recruiting an experienced Accommodation Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. This is a hands-on role that requires delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
  • Assigning and inspecting rooms to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Identifying and supporting training needs within the team.
  • Staying up-to-date with departmental product knowledge and total hotel facilities.
  • Leading and working as part of a team, managing staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining awareness of cleaning products and ensuring team members are trained on same.
  • Attending training sessions and hotel and departmental meetings as required.
  • Complying with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-5* property.
  • A high level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with general office PC applications.
  • Ability to delegate and multitask.
  • Working knowledge of Hotsoft or similar room systems.
