The 5* Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is currently recruiting a Senior Accommodation Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team.

Main Responsibilities

">
  • This is a hands-on role which will require you to deliver the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Deliver guest service in the Accommodation and Public Areas Department, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
  • Assign and inspect rooms to the agreed standards.
  • Identify and support training needs.
  • Ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department product, in addition to being aware of the total hotel facilities.
  • To both lead and work as part of the team and manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To be knowledgeable of cleaning products and ensure team members are trained on same.
  • To attend training sessions and hotel and departmental meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
  • To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.
  • To report and/or take appropriate action on all maintenance issues as they arise.
  • To report accidents/incident.
  • To comply with agreed environmental practices, throughout the Hotel.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a 4-5* property High level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with general office PC applications Ability to delegate and multitask Working knowledge of Hotsoft or similar rooms system In return we offer excellent employee benefits including:
