Job Overview

This senior leadership role focuses on spearheading the operational success of a hospitality establishment.

As part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for upholding high standards, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead all staff, ensuring their roles are carried out efficiently while maintaining optimal staff satisfaction levels.
  • Create and finalise staff rosters, overseeing weekly operations.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs, and ensure adherence to HR regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve issues and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Analyse sales data, customer numbers, and average spend to maximise revenue.
  • Effectively manage costs while maintaining high operational standards in marketing, events, and other areas.
  • Guarantee accurate financial recording and user training for management reporting software.
  • Coordinate with marketing to promote targeted areas and achieve financial goals.
  • Foster guest satisfaction by analysing reviews and complaints.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs to identify areas for development and improvement.
Requirements:

Applicants should have significant experience (5+ years) in a similar General Manager role within the hospitality sector, preferably in a hotel or standalone restaurant setting.
