We are seeking a skilled Process Developer to join our team. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in driving process development and improvement initiatives within our pharmaceutical industry client.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process design studies in line with standard approval processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to qualification and validation documentation execution and maintenance.
  • Sustain continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and participate in Kaizen events.
  • Analyze system failures and resolve machine and system issues effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Engineering, or Technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a GMP setting.
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams.
  • Familiarity with automation systems, operational intelligence & data systems, and process monitoring systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and code compliance.
