\About the Role\

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our experienced team members to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure that all restaurant and bar duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.

\Responsibilities\

  • Deliver prompt and courteous service to guests\
  • Ensure work areas are set up and stocked according to business requirements\
  • Be fully aware of any menu updates and implement changes as required\
  • Carry out all restaurant and bar duties as per standard operating procedures\
  • Ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis\
  • Provide support in other areas of the business as required\
  • Ensure all stock is stored safely and securely\
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge\
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment\
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays\
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols\
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences\
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management\

    • Basic mathematical skills and accuracy with cash handling\
    • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation\
    • Previous experience in a similar role or related industry\
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods\
    • Willingness to learn and take direction\
    • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays\
    • Valid working visa (if applicable)\
    • Relevant certifications or licenses (if applicable)\
