Job Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will support the Quality Control and Risk Management team with regulatory and compliance matters. This role requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless collaboration within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess regulatory requirements and implement compliant procedures across business units.
  • Review and approve documentation for new vendors and products.
  • Manage product classification, registration, and licensing processes.
  • Respond to inquiries from suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to key performance indicator (KPI) reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs within Medical Devices or Pharma Distribution.
  • Strong understanding of MDR Regulation 2017/745, ISO 9001, and GDP principles.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with technology platforms used for query management.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
